  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon sugar, you can make this by mixing 1/2 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Method
 

  • Start by combining the flour, water, sugar, salt, and oil in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture forms a dough.
  • Heat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • While the air fryer is heating, transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Once the air fryer is heated, pipe long strips of dough directly into the air fryer basket. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket; you may need to cook the dough in batches.
  • Cook the dough in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Using tongs, carefully remove the cooked dough from the air fryer and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  • While the dough is still hot, roll it in the cinnamon sugar until it’s fully coated.
  • Repeat the process until all the dough has been cooked and coated in cinnamon sugar.
