  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Your favorite toppings pepperoni slices, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil for brushing
  • Pinch Dried oregano or basil optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a circle, about 7-8 inches in diameter, or to fit the size of your air fryer.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and then add your desired toppings.
  • Carefully place the pizza in the air fryer basket. Brush the edges with olive oil for a golden finish.
  • Air fry the pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer, sprinkle with dried herbs (if using), cut into wedges, and enjoy!
Chefs Tips
  • If using homemade dough, let it come to room temperature before rolling it out. This will make it more pliable.
  • Less is more! Overloading can cause the middle to be soggy. Choose a few key ingredients and space them evenly.
  • When removing the pizza from the air fryer, always use heat-resistant mitts or tongs.
