Chicken With Creamy Dill Sauce & Broccoli-Leek Rice

One of the best guarded secrets in the culinary world is that chefs thrive on leek and love to use dill. Not many people (including myself, until chef school) frequently use dill and leek in their cooking. Dill is one of the most flavourful ingredients you can find, although very potent and should be used in moderation and in the correct ratios. Now let's learn how to make chicken with creamy dill sauce and broccoli leek rice!

Chefs Tips
This is quite a forgiving recipe as people tend to overcook chicken breasts (please try not to), however the creamy dill sauce is so decadent and rich it can mask almost any (slightly) overcooked chicken breast. Word to the wise — brine your chicken breast for at least 30 minutes before starting this recipe. If you want to learn more about brining we write an easy to read guide.
