  • Mixing bowl


For the salad base

  • 280 g Cucumber (sliced)
  • 240 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 160 g Red onion (sliced)
  • 80 g Leafy lettuce (rinsed)
  • 100 g Radish (thinly sliced)
  • 10 g All spice
  • 320 g Smoked salmon Roses

For the dressing

  • 60 g Granadilla pulp
  • 40 ml Spirit vinegar
  • 120 ml Olive oil
  • 8 g Honey
  • 2 g Turmeric


For The Salad Base

  • Combine all the ingredients together & arrange in serving dish.

For The Granadilla Dressing

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined & serve separate.
